e-LINE motors are designed with the users in mind. They include the features users demand most in a quality motor:

Protection

The e-LINE brand TEFC motor integrates a complete package of protection features that provide the motor an IP-55 enclosure, including:

• Cast Iron Frame and End Shields
• Cast Iron Fan Cover Guard
• Cast Iron Conduit Box
• V-ring Shaft Seal with an Umbrella Seal
• Zinc Coated Hardware
• Stainless Steel Nameplate
• Chemical Resistant Paint
• Double Shielded Bearings though 250 frame

Mounting Flexibility

The e-LINE motors are stocked in both T-frame footed and C-Face footed mountings, and are F1 and F2 field convertible on all frame sizes. The 140 through 440 frames have eight mounting holes allowing for mounting flexibility. The motors can also be converted to a c-face mounting with the use of an e-LINE motor c-face kit.

Electrical Flexibility

The e-LINE motors are stocked in three voltage combinations: 208-230/460, 460 and 575. Each motor has 60 hertz and 50 hertz printed on the nameplate, and the 50 hertz operates at the full nameplate horsepower without de-rating. Application Flexibility

Many features are included to enhance and expand the applications for e-LINE brand motors. Those features include:

e-LINE motors are suitable for export and installation worldwide. Agency approvals include CE for Europe, CSA C390 for Canada, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) CC030A for the U.S., and UL^®† component recognition worldwide.
